Teeth grinding, or bruxism, is a medical disorder in which a person clenches their teeth together, most often during sleep. Teeth grinding is not considered a serious medical problem, but it can lead to misalignment of teeth as well as promoting gum disease and tooth loss if occurring on a consistent basis. On Saturday 10/17/15 we participated in the 5th Annual Commack Coalition 5K.  While we’ve been sponsoring the event since 2010, Saturday we had the privilege of additionally sponsoring the finish line.  Dr. Helfner and members of our team were there supporting the community.
