Hanging With Heroes

Saturday is the 2nd annual Hanging with Heroes. With just about 100 attendees and 60+ raffles prizes, the odds are looking good for those who are hanging. There is still time to be a local hero. Joining us for a great night out as Bonnie Helfner DDS, P.C. Family & Cosmetic Dentistry raises thousands of dollars in support of our town’s Relay for Life event. Helfner’s Heroes Adopt Two Local Families for the Holidays

On Saturday, Dr. Helfner and some of her heroes had the privilege of meeting the mothers from both families. Each one was presented with a truckload of gifts for their families. With your help we were able to provide each family member with a carton of wrapped presents including clothing, winter coats, toys, small household items and gift cards. Why you should visit your dentist twice a year

According to the National Dental Association you should visit your dentist once every six months. Between your six month checkups you should be brushing your teeth at least twice a day, flossing your teeth daily and using mouthwash to help remove plaque and bacteria as well as freshen breath.
